Yudo CO. a Delaware corporation located at 165 Halite Dr, Alpharetta, GA 30022 ("Yudo") considers traveler satisfaction to be a fundamental and important element of the business travel services which it provides to its customers.

As such, Yudo is taking significant and aggressive measures to ensure that its local providers meet industry and market standards for business travel. In addition Yudo has implemented and extensive feedback collection, negative feedback mitigation, and feedback scoring mechanisms as part of its core business processes.


Yudo is providing all of its customers with the following "100% traveler satisfaction guarantee" commitment:

Aggressive and significant measures will be taken by Yudo to correct and rectify any negative feedback report it receives from a customer or a business travelers. In cases such negative feedback reports relate to local service providers or the facilities which are being offered to business travelers, Yudo will approach and may physically travel to provider location in order to inspect reported deficiencies and ensure these are corrected and properly addressed. In some cases, at its sole discretion, Yudo may offer business traveler compensation in the form of monitory, rewards, travel services, or otherwise for shortcomings or deficiencies in the local provider service, the local facility, or any other process, service, interaction, or otherwise reported by traveler as a negative feedback to Yudo.

In any event that five (5) negative feedback reports are received from five (5) different business travelers of customer, relating to the service or facilities of a specific local provider, in any rolling thirty (30) calendar days period, and for which traveler did not report positive resolution within the thirty (30) calendar days period subsequent to negative feedback submission, customer has the right, at its sole discretion, to notify Yudo of its desire to no longer receive services from that local provider. In such event all contractual future business travel use commitments of customer under its service agreement are waived and will no longer apply in respect to that local provider. Yudo will furnish an alternative local provider solution to continue and deliver its service to customer. In addition, customer has the right, at its sole discretion, to notify Yudo of its desire to terminate its service agreement in its entirety. In such event all contractual commitments for future business travel use are waived and will no longer apply. All past use commitments, outstanding billing obligations, or otherwise will remain in full force under the executed service agreement that customer has with Yudo. Such action notification from customer must be received by Yudo within fifteen (15) calendar days of infraction of this policy as described above in order to quality under this policy.
